By ordering from our platform, by phone, by Viber or Messenger, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The terms ‘you,’ ‘our customers,’ or ‘website users’ refer to the user or viewer of our website or application. In this document, Live Desi Mall Pvt. Ltd is referred to as “Live Desi Mall,” “we,” or “our.”
Product Availability and Delivery
Any order that you place with us is subject to product availability, delivery capacity, and acceptance by us and the partner restaurant. When you place your order online, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. Live Desi Mall is not responsible for validating the legal sanctity of the applicable taxes and the manner of its applicability on behalf of the participating restaurant.
Delivery periods quoted at the time of ordering are approximate only and may vary. If delivery is done by the partner restaurant, it is the partner restaurant’s sole responsibility to provide food delivery in a timely manner. In the case of delivery done by Live Desi Mall, we will take great care to deliver in a timely manner. However, no responsibility is taken for late delivery by Live Desi Mall in either case. In the case of a late delivery, the delivery charge will neither be voided nor refunded by Live Desi Mall.
Prices and Payment
Great care has been taken to ensure that the information available on this platform is correct and error-free. We apologize for any errors or omissions that may have occurred. All prices listed on the platform are correct at the time of publication and have been input as received by us. While we give great care to keep them up to date, the final price charged to you by the restaurant can change at the time of delivery based on the latest menu and prices of the restaurant.
Prices listed in our platform are not final in some cases. The delivery area determines the total bill. Most of the menus are the same as the restaurant, but in some cases, the rates are different. Images posted on the Live Desi Mall platform may not be exact. Pictures are only for illustration purposes. All prices are in Nepali Rupees.
Payment must be made either at the time of ordering goods or services from us by e-Sewa, Khalti, or at the time of delivery by cash.
Disclaimer and Liability
We cannot warrant that the use of the website will be error-free or fit for purpose, timely, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the website, and we do not make any warranty whatsoever, whether express or implied, relating to fitness for purpose or accuracy.
By accepting these terms of use, you agree to relieve us from any liability whatsoever arising from your use of information from any third party or your use of any third-party website, or your consumption of any food or beverages from a participating restaurant.
Refunds
In the case of any refund from e-Sewa and Khalti, the refund may take 24 hours. We will refund (full or partial) analyzing the case.

We may not always rely on orders received through other online media. We encourage you to order from the Live Desi Mall app. Terms and conditions can be changed without prior notice.
